Stats:

• Composition – Pastillage. The small sea creatures are modeling chocolate.
• Weight - Approximately 20 pounds. 
• Length – 24 inches
• Width – 14 inches
• Height – 20 inches (tip of the Angelfish’s dorsal fin)
• Production Time - Approximately 15-20 hours spread out over 7 days. 
• Notes – Although it doesn’t look it, this was a very intricate piece. There are a lot of thin pieces that made this a very difficult piece to transport. The Angelfish are in three layers (13 pieces each). The main part in the middle, and the outer texture pieces. There was a lot of airbrushing for this one. The seaweed and base required several passes, but I think that it yielded a very colorful piece.
