• Composition – Sugar
• Weight - Approximately 5 pounds
• Width – 12 inches
• Height – 8 inches
• Production Time - Approximately 4 hours. 
• Notes – One of the few Pulled Sugar pieces that I have done. Vines are pulled sugar. The bubbled effect on the flat pieces were achieved by splattering oil on a silpat, and pouring hot sugar over it. The sugar naturally moves around it leaving the holes. The flowers were made with brass cabinet handles. I just sprayed the, with oil, and dipped them into colored sugar. after they cooled, they popped right off.
